Out of memory of my mother who committed suicide, Kellie Rae, I decided to create the Rae of Light Outreach. It is a non-profit organization shedding light on positive mental health. As for the Rae of Light Podcast, one episode will be uploaded weekly. You will hear from mental health professionals informing you on steps to take to have a healthy mental life style.
