To have drive and to be driven is a wonderful characteristic. It should be celebrated. We teach our kids to work hard, pursue excellence, improve their skills, and strive to succeed. There’s nothing wrong with having a fire in your belly, the desire to accomplish goals, and build something meaningful can be incredibly healthy. What’s fueling the fire?
