In the near future, Galesha hopes to bless audiences across the globe and release an EP to uplift, encourage, and inspire others.   In addition to a love for singing, Mrs. Smith is a new age artist and nail expert. Healthy nail care is at the center of her business and she treats every client like a superstar. For over a decade, Galesha has worked in the beauty industry serving clients, family, and celebrities. In Brooklyn, she received both her love of the arts and her B.A. in Education and History from Brooklyn College. Angie’s time as an educator continues to fuel her passion for arts education, advocacy, and equity. As a 1st generation American, her Caribbean and AfroLatinx heritage inspire a focus on global perspectives. As an arts administrator and consultant, she’s focused on increasing community engagement, curating innovative public programming, and introducing new voices and opportunities to institutions. Angie takes great joy in creating opportunities for artists and communities to engage in impactful experiences. Her work has included working with museums, arts organizations, and as an independent consultant. Angie currently spends her time supporting artists and organizations in Southern California.
