Hosts Ben Sheppard (CEO, Co-founder at Silta) and Stanley Boots (CLO, Co-founder at Silta) speak to Jan Van Schoonhoven, who is the a PPP policy advisor at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and a member of the strategic advisory board at Silta Finance. Jan has worked over 15 years in the Public and Private Partnerships (PPP), dealing with roads, water and the social sector. He has worked extensively with institutions such as the European Investment Bank (EIB), multilateral organisations (United Nations) and the World Bank, and holds experience in management and administration of over 20 PPP projects with a budget of 5bn€ within the EU and emerging markets.
