The Beginning of Life

My name is Crystal Moya, I became a teen mom at the age of 17, bringing a new life into the world. For most parents, especially for first time parents, it is stressful and a whole new experience like nothing before. I want to talk about my journey about labor and birth! I didn't know I was going through labor. Almost gave birth at home. Also what it was like to meet our baby boy and parenting. I hope this story helps support future moms and fathers too!
