In this episode, attorneyAndrea Burkhart and I discuss the aftermath of the anti-SLAPP ruling in the Marilyn Manson lawsuit and a pending appeal. The ruling granted motions related to first amendment rights, and dismissed some claims in Marilyn Manson's lawsuit. However, there are still pending claims, including intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of California Penal Code. While the ruling eliminates the opportunity to challenge the truthfulness of past accusations against Manson, substantial allegations remain against Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore. On May 9th, I discussed the latest ruling in the Marilyn Manson lawsuit against Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore. The judge's ruling on the anti-SLAPP has been talked about for months, and largely affected the defamation portion of Manson's lawsuit. While some may view it as a large blow to Manson, the ruling primarily impacts public perception rather than legal consequences. The lawsuit still continues, and Manson's ability to change public opinion and regain his career depends on the ongoing PR battle. You can find this video on the Colonel Kurtz YouTube channel.

Back in February 2021, I read some of the Marilyn Manson allegations from Instagram posted by Gabriella, Ashley Walters, and singer Chloe Black. I also discuss the strange coordination and lingo used. Which made me question if their wasn't some sort of coordination going on from the beginning. This is a shortened version of a longer video you can find on the Colonel Kurtz YouTube channel under the "Marilyn Manson Allegations / Controversy" playlist.

I discuss a recent article in Variety Magazine on the #MeToo movement stalling, women in Hollywood, and more. I also analyze and discuss why the media continues to ignore the impact of the Depp Vs Heard Trial on societal opinions. You can find this original video on the Colonel Kurtz YouTube channel called, "AFTER AMBER HEARD: The Mainstream Media Won't Take An Honest Look At MeToo's Collateral Damage."

Back in February 2021, I reacted to the social media allegations made against Marilyn Manson. I also discuss Evan Rachel Wood's past Congressional testimony, Evan lying about her age, and my opinion on discrepancies and contradictions the media was seemingly choosing to not report on. This is a shortened version of a longer video you can find on the Colonel Kurtz YouTube channel under the "Marilyn Manson Allegations / Controversy" playlist.
