Light Welterweight contender Sonny Fredrickson (21-1, 14 KOs) stops by the podcast to talk about his career and upcoming fight on Nov 14th as he defends USBA 140 title. I talk about the Beterbiev/Gvozdyk fight before the interview, as well as the upcoming Prograis/Taylor fight with Sonny on Oct 26th. We learned that boxer Patrick Day passed away during the interview with Sonny. RIP to Patrick Day, a great guy in or out of the ring. Taken way too soon. RIP Patrick.
