May is National Foster Care Month and I had the privilege of recording a conversation with my dear friend Rachel Fuller who has worked in foster care as a counselor for several years. In this conversation you get to hear how she came to Jesus, why kids in foster care are dear to her heart and what the work of 4KIDS is doing here on the Treasure Coast of Florida.
