Research consistently links stronger grip to lower all-cause mortality — it’s one of the simplest measures of overall health we have. And the good news? You can work on it from your sofa with a tennis ball. This short hand strengthening class takes you through a series of ball squeezes, pinch grips across every finger, and some gentle rolling and throwing work for dexterity. Grab a squishy ball if you’ve got one, a tennis ball if not, and let’s get to it. Please note: this is a general strengthening class.
