Sreyoshi leads Global People Research & Analytics at McGraw Hill. As part of her role she uses innovative research methods to understand global employee experience and solve for challenges of the 21st-century global workforce. Sreyoshi has had an interdisciplinary academic journey, she graduated with her bachelor’s in Mechatronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in India. She then went on to pursue a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, followed by another Masters in Data Analytics & Applied Statistics, after which she earned her Ph.D. in Engineering Education from Virginia Tech. During her time at Virginia Tech, she was recognized as a Diversity Scholar, Fellow of the Academy for Graduate Teaching Excellence, and inducted to the National Bouchet Honor Society at Yale. Sreyoshi has worked at Volvo Construction Equipments, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., DRDO, and TechEpsilon Softwares Pvt. Ltd. She was also an instructor for the first-year engineering program at Virginia Tech and has lent her expertise as a researcher on several National Science Foundation projects aimed at improving how engineering is taught and perceived. Currently, Sreyoshi serves as Vice President at the Society of Women Engineers in New York.
