In 2018 he drove across the country to pursue his dream of making his own wines, in 2020 that dream came true when he launched his wine label: Identity Wine Co. In this podcast, Pablo and his occasional guests will give you a unique perspective of being a very small unknown wine producer while trying to make a name for himself in the over-saturated and very pretentious world of wine.
