jakson What Obedience Looks Like When You Don’t Feel Ready kansikuva

What Obedience Looks Like When You Don’t Feel Ready

In this episode, I dive into what it looks like to produce “out of season”—and how obedience doesn’t wait for you to feel ready. This is a real, raw check-in. I’m talking about what’s been going on behind the scenes, mentally, spiritually, and even financially and the tension of wanting to pull back from everything God has given me… while simultaneously feeling Him call me to show up anyway. At 4:00AM, God woke me up and led me to Mark 11—the story of Jesus and the fig tree. And what stood out to me is this: even though it wasn’t fig season… He still expected fruit. Because “out of season” doesn’t just mean timing—it looks like feeling unprepared, overwhelmed, stretched thin, or not at your best. It’s those moments where life is life-ing and everything in you is saying, “now is not the time.” But God is still requiring obedience. Not from a place of hustle, pressure, or striving—but from a place of abiding in Him. Learning how to lean on God to produce what you can’t in your own strength. This episode is me choosing to show up anyway. Not perfectly. Not having all of the answers. But obedient. If you’ve been feeling like stepping away… If you’ve been questioning if you’re ready… If you’ve been tempted to delay what God called you to… This episode is for you. Because maybe the reason it feels out of season… is because God wants the credit for the fruit. 👇🏾 Stay connected: Join the Becoming Collective 🌸: https://groupme.com/join_group/113506647/d8kHWZaz Instagram & TikTok: @twibpod Spotify & Apple Podcasts: The Woman I’m Becoming 🎧✨

jakson Divine Partnerships: The Sign a Shift is Near kansikuva

Divine Partnerships: The Sign a Shift is Near

In this episode, I unpack what it means when God sends you divine partnerships — and why community is not optional when you’re carrying purpose. We look at Moses & Aaron, Adam & Eve, Naomi & Ruth, Jonathan & David, and even Jesus & the disciples — and how every major assignment in Scripture was sustained through relationship. This isn’t about cliques. It’s not about popularity. It’s not about having a big circle. It’s about alignment. It’s about being grounded in a shared desire to fulfill God’s will. It’s about diverse gifts working together for one Kingdom purpose. It’s about having people who strengthen you where you’re weak — and you doing the same for them. Culture will tell you friendship is about vibes, convenience, or validation. But God’s vision for community is partnership, accountability, sharpening, and love. And sometimes when friendships drift, it’s not betrayal — it’s direction. Not every separation is personal. Sometimes it’s positional. God may be shifting you because what’s next requires a different alignment. If you’ve been sensing a transition in your relationships… If God has been sending new people into your life… If you’ve been feeling the weight of an assignment that’s too heavy to carry alone… This episode is for you. Because when God sends partnership, it’s not random. It’s preparation. 👇🏾 Stay connected: Join the Becoming Collective 🌸: https://groupme.com/join_group/113506647/d8kHWZaz Instagram & TikTok: @twibpod Spotify & Apple Podcasts: The Woman I’m Becoming 🎧✨

jakson You Are Your Biggest Enemy | Tame Your Tongue kansikuva

You Are Your Biggest Enemy | Tame Your Tongue

In this episode, we talk about how easily we allow our temporary emotions and present circumstances to speak louder than what God already promised. This conversation goes into the moment Mary Magdalene went to the tomb expecting to find Jesus’ body — and when He wasn’t there, she immediately assumed the worst. Her grief was real. Her confusion was valid. She had just watched Him be crucified and buried. But what she forgot in that moment was what He had already said: that He would rise again. And if we’re honest… we do the same thing. When the promise doesn’t look like it’s unfolding. When the opportunity disappears. When the relationship shifts. When the door closes. We start speaking from what we see instead of standing on what He said. In this episode, I unpack how our emotions — while real — are not meant to prophesy over our future. Just because it looks empty doesn’t mean it’s over. Just because it feels silent doesn’t mean God didn’t speak. This isn’t about suppressing your emotions. It’s about not letting them override truth. It’s about remembering the promise — even when the tomb looks empty. It’s about refusing to let a temporary moment make you second guess an eternal word. It’s about choosing faith when your feelings are loud. Because God is not bound by what you see. And the promise still stands — even when the situation doesn’t make sense. If you’ve been in a season where your circumstances don’t match what God told you… this episode is for you. 👇🏾 Stay connected: Instagram & TikTok: @twibpod Spotify & Apple Podcasts: The Woman I’m Becoming 🎧✨

jakson Lukewarm Is Not An Option Pt. 2 kansikuva

Lukewarm Is Not An Option Pt. 2

In part two of this episode, we talk about the real cost of following Christ — not the aesthetic version, not the convenient version, but the kind of surrender that costs everything. This conversation goes deep into the reality of lukewarm Christianity — loving God when it’s comfortable, calling on Him in crisis, and then returning right back to old patterns once the pressure lifts. And I don’t just call it out… I expose it through my own story. I get vulnerable about the mess He found me in, how He loved me in it, and how His grace didn’t excuse my sin — it called me out of it. This episode includes tears, honesty, and a word I believe God is releasing to call His people back to Him. This isn’t about shame. It’s about invitation. An invitation to come out of halfway obedience. An invitation to stop living double-minded. An invitation to fully surrender — even when it costs comfort, habits, relationships, and control. Because Jesus never asked for part of your life. He asked for all of it. If you’ve been feeling convicted, distant, or torn between who you were and who God is calling you to be — this episode is for you. 👇🏾 Stay connected: Instagram & TikTok: @twibpod Spotify & Apple Podcasts: The Woman I’m Becoming 🎧✨

jakson Salt, Fire & Full Surrender Pt. 1 kansikuva

Salt, Fire & Full Surrender Pt. 1

In this episode, we’re answering three core questions: Who am I? What season am I in? And how do I prepare for what’s next? Using the biblical symbolism of salt, we talk about what it really means to be who God has called you to be. Salt preserves, slows decay, enhances flavor, balances bitterness, and brings out sweetness — and Jesus makes it clear that salt without flavor is useless. God has called you to be a preserver: to hold peace in chaos, to slow spiritual decay by sharing the Gospel, to pull out the God-given gifts in others, and to love like Jesus instead of matching bitterness. We also talk about seasons — because you’re either in a fire, coming out of one, or heading into one. Through Mark 9:49–50 and Luke 14:33–35, we explore why the fire is necessary, why lukewarm Christianity won’t sustain your calling, and why full surrender is the only way forward. This episode is a reminder that becoming who God has called you to be will cost you comfort — but it will never be without purpose. So the question is: Are you willing to go through the fire to keep your flavor? 👇🏾 Stay connected: Instagram & TikTok: @twibpod Spotify & Apple Podcasts: The Woman I’m Becoming 🎧✨
