Mosaic Hops: A Dissertation

It's been too long since we've offended the public at large. In an effort to remind you all of the profundity and brilliance of our beer knowledge we have decided to discuss one hop across three styles. Make sure to take detailed notes as this episode will surely help you pass your Cicerone Certification Program. The offerings in this episode all contain mosaic hops.  We start with Small and Soft from Bare Hands Brewery [https://www.blogger.com/blog/post/edit/1165961002580120207/9158069335164660662#]. This New England Style Pale Ale offers great utility and artwork that left Adam nearly speechless.  Next up was was an American IPA; Pompeii from Toppling Goliath Brewing Company [https://www.blogger.com/blog/post/edit/1165961002580120207/9158069335164660662#]. Clocking in at 6.3% ABV it's not even close to one of their strongest offerings, but this one stood out with strong pineapple flavors.  To finish out the episode we sampled one of Destihl Brewery [https://www.blogger.com/blog/post/edit/1165961002580120207/9158069335164660662#]'s Deadhead IPA Series, Touch of Haze. Juicier than the Pompeii it hid the 7.3% ABV quite well. Revival Shorty

It's finally happened! We located an Indiana brewery that we haven't previously offended and was not aware of the inherent risks associated with the mere presence of Adam in the building.
