A lifestyle podcast documenting the positive effects of a low carbohydrate diet for blood sugar control. After years of riding the blood sugar rollercoaster on a high carb diet / 'eating whatever I want as long as I bolus for it', I decided to give a low carb lifestyle a go and I have never looked back. My HbA1c is 4.7% and I am the happiest and healthiest I've ever been.
