Unhinged Girl Never Better

If you love a twerk session, a bathroom fashion show, a good bar crawl, a chaotic night out that ends in Taco Bell and a missing ID, and you are just trying to figure out life, career, faith, and what to do with the world through all the chaos, we’re right there with you. This is one of the first generations where women are more often than not living in new cities away from family, working full-time, living alone or with roommates, and often unmarried. How can we be expected to do it all? Work a full-time job, have a social life, do the laundry, go on the date, make it to the workout class, and still have time to sleep and pluck our eyebrows?? It’s practically impossible! And in the midst of trying to stay on top of all these things, how do we find our place and purpose in a world where everyone is trying to tell us who they think we should be? Our families say one thing- social media says another, and so does the church, the secular world, your friends, your bosses, and before long we just can’t take it anymore! Why can’t we just be ourselves and the world be okay with that? In this podcast, we invite you to join us as we explore what it is to be a woman in today's world, admit the struggles we’re all going through, laugh at the hilarious real stories of fumbling through life, discuss how we can help each other finally break out of societal boxes, and.. well.. how to live a little more unhinged. We’ll explore making decisions we need to make for ourselves, regardless of other people’s opinions, finding out who God truly made us to be, and living the life we each need to for our own growth and flourishing.
