Hi friends! I’m just a woman in her late thirties that woke up one day, realized I was unhappy and needed a different life. I split from my husband of 13 years, made friends, lost weight, and so much more. I’m healing and rediscovering who I am. Join me on my walks while I work through work through grief and other complicated emotions, communication, healing, happiness, and just spilling the tea on my life. I’m not a professional, just sharing what I’ve learned on this journey.
