In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Gary Simmonds about his company, his life as far as being raised as a single mother, being in the military, going from being accepting in the medical field as doctor to independent success as a business suceess. Him mentoring other people to work together in business, and building thier businesses through principles. Him giving up a medical scholarship for independent success, to enduring 17 years of setbacks in network marketing, How he learned firsthand how ambition alone isn't enough. How recognizing the hidden blind spot that kept him stuck, and finally building with intention, that he was able to lead a failing team to $55 million in sales? How both of us have a child with autism, and raising him to be successful despite their disabiities? We talked about how God may have a different journey, path, and purpose that is completely different than the purpise, path and journey. How it takes a village to build and raising a child, communities, brands, products, services, and businesses? The importances of you motivating your employees to be the best version of themselves, and giving them room to grow, evolve. and elevate to become the best version of themselves through management. Episode 66 - What is Financial Healing and Tecovery?

In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing what is financial healing and recovery. A lot of people don’t understand there is healing and recovery. When it comes to your income, job loss, being laid off, somebody losing their job that was helping you with the bills, your business going bankrupt, or losing a business, and so much more. People don’t think that there’s any such thing as financial healing and recovery, but there is. I lost my job January 9 of 2026, and I haven’t been able to find a job since then. Then I went through my father passing away February 12 of 2026 to where I had to move back to North Carolina from Florida. So I of all people understand financial healing and recovery better than anybody. So I hope this is people are better understanding of the importance of us talking about financial healing and recovery. And how to go about this financial healing and recovery. Episode 63 - You Minding Your Own Business The Fall Before The Rise.

In this episode, I forgot about the fall before the ride when it comes to people that the rug has been pulled them up under them, hit and rock, bottom, or losing everything and finding their way through all of that to find success. A lot of people are always told how to go about being successful, but they’re never taught or told about how to overcome losing everything, the rug being pulled from up under them, or hitting rock bottom when it comes to Financial situations. There are millions of people right now that the rug is being pulled from up under them when it comes to losing their job. There are a lot of people that hit rock bottom when it comes to losing everything financially. And there are other people that because of their stupidity, end up losing everything. And I think before we talk about people becoming successful, if anything, we need to talk about the people that are getting knocked down every day and how they’re getting there so they can learn from their mistakes in order for them to become successful. I myself lost my job January 9, and I’m trying to maneuver through how to overcome that situation in order to become successful. So I decided it since I was going through it currently, I decided I want to talk about it. I am currently moving now from another state to go back home to start over.
