One is in custody. An ICE agent accused in a nonfatal north Minneapolis shooting was arrested in Texas. He is accused of firing a bullet into a North Minneapolis home with children inside back in January. That bullet hit a man in the leg. And one the of the 15 people charged by the DOJ last week in Minnesota's fraud crisis was in court today. A judge ruled Muhammad Omar will be detained throughout trial because of flight risk.
