She details the facilities’ mental health regimen for those diagnosed with gender dysphoria, including weekly group therapy, monthly individual counseling, and medical monitoring for hormone therapy.  She details Dade CI’s aging conditions and housing setup, challenges with misgendering, inconsistent enforcement of separate shower policies, unsafe cell assignments, a past week-long sexual assault, and uneven implementation of PREA reporting.
