Descripción

In this third episode: I discuss how to have an introspective look into your childhood traumas and how they directly correlate to the difficulties we face as adults. It can be quite hard growing up in a first generation household or being raised in an unhealed/traumatized environment to develop the key components you need as an adult to live a healthy life. To be 'healed' and live a true life of love you need to look at the traumas you faced that continuously lingering in your adult body because that is what hinders you from growing. When we are unable to address the pain in our foundation, the root of us as a humans will continue to rot in delusion. Ask yourself this question, "How could I be an adult if the inner child within me is still going unacknowledged?"

Update + Let's talk about eating disorders / body dysmorphia

In this sixth episode I wanted to update you all on where I've been these past few months. I started this podcast during hard times last year and since then I've been siting on filming because I truly didn't know what this podcast looked like when I wasn't in such emotional distress. Within these past few months of solitude and growth, I've had time to really heal and enjoy life again with new eyes. So, taking a break is something I really needed in order to continue growing this podcast in a comfortable vulnerability. Now, while my update was definitely upbeat I wanted to make sure all of my episodes are tying in topics that have deep impact, so toward the 26min mark I dive into E.D. and body dysmorphia which was something I struggled with last year.

Take Accountability For Your Life

ac·count·a·bil·i·ty Hey everyone! Long time no talk but, I’ve been getting settled into the new year. I hope you’re all doing well and have caught up on my last few episodes in the meantime. On today’s episode I talk about accountability.I express a few ways to not only hold yourself accountable but, how too take charge of your life. Being responsible for yourself makes all the change in your relationships with others. I believe as we continue this journey of life you come across many peers who lack the willingness to accept responsibility for themselves, how they show up in the world and what that looks like.Thank you all for being patient with me and checking in on me! I’m doing great and have so much more in store for this channel so stay tuned <3 Podcast Start Time 6:25 My Life Coaching Services: https://www.annastasiyariley.com [https://www.annastasiyariley.com] ♡ Keep Up With Me ♡ Personal Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/annastasiyariley [https://www.instagram.com/annastasiyariley] Private Podcast Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/agirlwithajoint [https://www.instagram.com/agirlwithajoint] Brand Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/a-agenda [https://www.instagram.com/limitedaagenda] Brand Website - https://www.annastasiyariley.com [https://www.annastasiyariley.com]
