Our ego thoughts can really ruin a lovely moment, can you identify? If we let our negative or fear thoughts have even a little space in our thoughts, before we know it our lovely moment is gone! Fear thoughts lead to more fear thoughts, and on and on! It's more difficult to stop a runaway train than to stop a downward spiral of fear and negativity!
