Recently hospitalized to come down from a manic episode. Life is now a little slower and manageable. A bit about our potentially holographic reality and my Sunday.

What's your source of strength and/or peace.

After listening to the sermon today and the replayed versions concerning drugs, I thought I'd be open about my own experience and thoughts on the matter. We are suffering and should use what works, but not to our own detriment. I tried a few things and discussed some thoughts outside of being hungry and lazy. What I do know is that my one true source remains the same. I just think we should get a little more informed on what we are discussing.

Sprint planning for 2020

Since I used a common agile term for the last episode I felt led to talk a bit about 2020 using another one. Check out agilemanifesto.org for more info. I spoke about the reincorporation of my, our, your business. Choices we made including the use of LegalZoom. Vague reference to hosting choices, and the people involved in this enterprise. I also mentioned a potential podcast opportunity but I'll see how that goes. Overall I have a wealth of supporters and I can see this working out this time around

A Retrospective on 2017, the year of everything

In the trailer I included a link to a synopsis of my life. I've felt cringe about it but decided to leave it up there. In this episode I try to expound on that year a bit more, with digressions to other areas before getting into it. I discussed my life experience growing up, schooling awards, jobs, introduction to mental illness and more. In the end I went back to some of the thought that framed the experience for us to explore, or not. I won't lie, there was a time I didn't like to speak. I listened and interjected where neccessary.
