Welcome to Episode 2 Today we're going to talk about what it's like to have a mental illness and being a mom. I'm no stranger to mental health and problems. I also work with plenty of moms that have anxiety and mental health issues in my practice as a life coach. And I think what happens is many women and moms feel ashamed about having a mental illness and they feel that it's a taboo to talk about it. And what I'm here to share is it's not a taboo. It's not something to be ashamed about. It's not something to feel guilt about. It's not something to not talk about. What I want to, bring to the air and bring and breathe fresh life too, is that you're not alone. Listen in as I bring this issue out into the open. I want to assure you, that you're not alone. That we get to talk about this, that we get to breathe fresh life into this and that we get to build a community where people talk about this, because it's not uncommon.
