Connect with Dr. Yasmin Bedi: Yasmin Bedi is an NHS Consultant Physician and Geriatrician working in an acute NHS University Hospital. Her specialist interest is in "front door frailty" reducing length of stay and unnecessary hospital admissions amongst the frailest patients. Yasmin commenced a formal Hatha Yoga practice in 2011 and undertook yoga teacher training in 2018. In 2020, Yasmin started to explore alternative approaches to health, ultimately leading her to train as a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist with The Yoga Therapy Institute, graduating in 2024.
