Time blindness â The challenge: underestimating how long things take or losing track of time. The flipside: the ability to hyperfocus in the moment and be completely present when something matters. 2. Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) â The challenge: intense emotional pain at perceived rejection or criticism. The flipside: deep empathy, attunement to others, and strong bonds in relationships. 3. Task initiation paralysis â The challenge: procrastination or difficulty starting tasks, even important ones. The flipside: bursts of incredible productivity under pressure, and creative problem-solving when it counts. 4. Low frustration tolerance â The challenge: irritability and overwhelm in stressful situations. The flipside: passionate energy, quick action when things arenât right, and fierce advocacy for what matters. 5.
