Poetry and Cards - PART 1 - A Raw Episode on Grief and loss -

A raw episode, where me, as Lina, talking about in gratitude of the people who have been in my life and an incredible support, since last June 2025. As in a gentle few days, comes closer my dad's passing anniversary, June 14th 2025, I am making available 3 raw podcast episodes, very special and closer to my heart. To my special and chosen family who has helped me and grace me with understanding along this 12 months, I will forever be grateful to you. To my daddy, my hero, the light of my tunnel, the one who made me laugh when I was more pissed because he would use a dad joke in his twisted way, the one who would speak super slow with me on the phone, to detail me every information of his house construction or how he called again his cousins, because he wanted to rekindled the relationship with them (it was shy of 2 months before his heart attack, like he knew).  To my daddy, my safe space, my half of my height person, the one who respected my boundaries, who loved me as I was: gay and in love. The one who didn't tried to change me, but guide me, the one who stood up for me (in a gentle way) in front of my biological mother, when she rejected me because of who I was. To my daddy, who teach me to always drink lots of water after I ate chocolate, or that carrot juice is life, like for me right now, cheese is life, and you can't argue you with. To my daddy, the one who was amazed of how at 8y I discovered the singing button on a doll he bought me (he was not a man of gifts, but words), the one who teach me the Romanian anthem, who let me know hot tea with lemon is gold for preventing the flu or eating a raw garlic every morning on an empty stomach is good for your gut (how dad? it smells horrible)...he knew so much on nutrition, or animals. He loved animals, his all receipts back home, when I was looking in his stuffs - were 80% food for cats and his dogs(6 dogs dad!) and barely for himself.. He wanted to have his own ranch with lots of animals, and trees and so many other stuffs. You should have lived at least 20y more dad. To meet the life I am right now building, to meet your Daugther's own family, and the chosen ones. I guess you knew. So this is for you daddy, my hero, the love of my eternal life, my Petru Iorgovan. This is for my sacred people and you need to listen to the episode to find out more. This is a reminder that not all lost, is lost, sometimes is just in the other room. Annoying, yes, heartbreaking, yes, but they are always with us, for us. In the blink of an eye. Ask for a sign. The hawk, the small birds, the feathers, the rainbows.  You know where you need to be, dad. I love you from now to eternity and all this lifetime and future lifetime. Thank you for accepting being my dad and thank you for guiding me, protecting me, guiding us, protecting us. thank you for always being there, in your most annoying shape right now. To everyone who grieves right now, I will lie if I will say, there is light at the end of the tunnel...the tunnel would be long for the rest of our lives, but there is hope, there is purpose, meaning, a different shape and form and perspective of seeing things. There is so much more than only grief: There is JOY, and HUGS, and LOVE from your favorite people, there is CALM, a REGULATED NERVOUS SYSTEM, there is VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH VINEGAR, CHEESE AND GRAPES AND BAGUETTE, there are beautiful eyes on a rainy day on a ranch, there is so much more...allow yourself to feel it all...scream it if necessary..LET IT ALL GO, LET IT ALL FEEL...ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL! You're safe! We are all safe! After The Breaking — Episode 4 The Rebirth We Didn't Know We Needed, Part 2 If Part 1 was me finding my voice, Part 2 is me using it — fully, without the filter I didn't even know I was wearing. After releasing the first episode, I sat with something uncomfortable: the realization that I had held myself back. Not intentionally. Not consciously. But somewhere between pressing record and trying to sound like I had it together, I had left the most important parts unsaid, or tried to polish things while being an hypocrite and not walking my talk, so I came back and recorded a second part, because my and your authenticity deserves to be seen. This episode is more vulnerable than anything I have shared publicly before. It is the version of the story I was afraid to tell — the way grief sometimes robes me from my reality, back into a sunny Romanian day, where on a May Day 2025 I was sharing pizza with dad, and on a June 2025, I was walking him on his last sunny Earthy day.  People deserve to not feel alone, not in grief, nor happiness, nor milestones, so this episode is for you. This episode is for anyone who needs a hand, who needs to know that they are not alone on their healing journey. Because that's what After The Breaking actually is. Not the polished version. After the Breaking: An Alone Dance Into the Narcissistic Mother Wound 2 friends. 2 coffees and one table in the living room, having a random chat, not so random. deep in the subjects. One Scorpio, One Libra going in depth and thinking...this should be a podcast episode...even if I, as Lina, already had something prepared for this episode..you listen to the Universe and what has in place for each and one of us...also and especially, when your new friend has the same date of birth as your own mother figure, you heal, in a different way or another... Some wounds don't arrive with bruises. They arrive with a voice....and a laptop in the inner garden of a hostel, in the center of Munich, Germany. In this episode, I sit with my friend Giulia — and together we go somewhere tender, somewhere true, somewhere most people are still too afraid to name out loud...somewhere where  We talk about the narcissistic mother wound. Not as a diagnosis. Not as a label to weaponize. But as a lived experience that millions of women carry in silence — in the way they speak to themselves in the mirror, in the way they shrink before they enter a room, in the way they learned to make themselves smaller so someone else could feel bigger. Giulia shares her story. I share mine. And between us, five sentences that our mothers said — sentences so ordinary, so quietly devastating — that became the inner voice we mistook for our own truth.
