Curry Barker delivers insanely confident filmmaking for a first feature, blending modern loneliness and toxic relationships with old-school horror filmmaking. Inde Navarrette gives an unforgettable performance as Nikki — shifting from vulnerable and sweet to terrifying and deeply unsettling in seconds. Her performance genuinely got under our skin.
