Descripción

A contemplative prayer for troubled times, weaving together the wisdom of the Psalms, the voice of the earth, and the living presence of the Divine. In this reflection we lift our eyes to the hills and remember that our help comes from the Source that breathes through heaven, earth, and every living thing. Rooted in the spirit of Christ, the sacred grove of creation, and the unity of all beings, this meditation invites us to walk humbly, seek justice, and live in compassion. May we remember that we are one family in the great web of life and that in loving one another, we shelter in the eternal presence of the Divine

Do Not Be Anxious:The Architecture of the Guarded Heart

Be anxious for nothing." It is one of the most compelling invitations in scripture, but how do we move it from an abstract ideal to a lived reality? In this episode, we explore the deep architecture of anxiety, surrender, and divine peace through a unique lens that merges non-dual Christian thought with ancient Celtic spirituality. We reflect on the foundational promise of Philippians 4:6–7, not as a command from a distant God, but as a manual for shifting our internal state from the illusion of separation to the reality of Union. Drawing on the protective imagery of the Breastplate of St. Patrick, the universal metaphor of the ocean and its waves, and the ancient legend of Fionn and the Salmon of Knowledge, we meditate on gratitude, interconnectedness, and the healing truth that we are never separate from the divine. This episode is an invitation to release the exhausting illusion of control and rest in the deep, non-rational peace that guards both heart and mind.
