Solitha’s Story

Arenye’s Story

In this episode, we explore Arenye’s journey of self-discovery and artistic evolution.  From his early love for music, inspired by church drumming and the dynamic performances of Nigerian musician Dbanj, to the influence of Lil Wayne sparking his initial foray into rapping.  After receiving advice from industry figures and his family, Arenye shifted from rap to singing, realizing a gap in the entertainment scene that he was destined to fill. With Halifax holding a special place in his heart, Arenye’s confidence and creativity continue to grow.  Surrounded by a vibrant community, he’s set on elevating his artistry to new heights, pushing boundaries, and creating music the world has yet to experience.
