Beat Burnout

When we’re intentional about how we spend our time, we create a business that supports our life, not one that overwhelms it. Today, I’m opening up about burnout and what I’m personally doing to shift out of it, like scheduling my day around my energy, making time for things that are actually fun, and taking a closer look at the tasks that drain me instead of energize me.  Not every recruiter loves the same parts of the business, and that’s okay.
