Day of the Dead's physical media problems began way back in 2003, with this FANTASTIC release from Anchor Bay Entertainment. However, unbeknownst to many that purchased it the release wasn't all sunshine and lollipops. In 1999 Anchor Bay Entertainment released a series of DVD and VHS editions of Night of the Living Dead. Unfortunately for many confused fans this version was unlike any they had seen before. Night of the Living Dead 30th Anniversary Edition was released on August 24th 1999 and would go down as the most despised release in the history of the company.
