Descripción

In this episode of, anxiety what is happening to me I talk about why I started this podcast. I explain how I found out about anxiety. I believe that knowledge is power and that we feel anxiety everyday in so many different ways. I don’t talk about self-care very much because that is easy to find. I have this podcast so you can have those “a-ha” moments and be able to address your anxiety and not play the victim.

Anxiety, what is happening to me? Hosted by Efrosinya Vshivkoff. In today's episode I interview our local Acupuncturist Fedosia. Fedosia Budonov has a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Medicinal Chemistry, and Pharmacology. Dive right in with us as Fedosia takes us into the acupuncture room and explains the different treatment options she offers for anxiety. Her travels and acupuncture work in Nepal brings a fresh perspective to how different our lives can be depending on where we live. Don't miss out on this great episode. It offers solutions for anxiety that you might not have thought about trying or might have been anxious about trying and needed more information before making a decision.

Conversations 2.3

Anxiety, what is happening to me? Hosted by Efrosinya Vshivkoff. In this episode we talk about how our brain doesn’t distinguish between a real threat or a perceived threat during a conversation. When a spouse, child, or best friend is talking about something that feels threatening to us we feel anxious. We feel this persistent feeling of dread and that causes us to want to state our opinion or interrupt the conversation. That’s our bodies way of stopping the perceived threat. Learning to manage our reaction will help ease the anxiety and allow more deeper meaningful conversations. To learn more about nano silver click on this link.
