Basketball in the Mountains
Tyler King is back with another episode of Basketball in the Mountains! DNVR's Justin Michael returns to talk all things Colorado State. The bulk of the work is done for Ali Farokhmanesh in building next season's roster and the 2026-27 Rams will look pretty similar after six key rotation players all returned to the program. Tyler and Justin talk through the importance of retaining the pieces CSU did and how it raises the expectations for next season with an eye toward a potential return to the NCAA Tournament and competing at the top of the new-look Pac-12. Then, they break down the biggest newcomers who could make an impact on next year's Rams team and go through the Pac-12 transfer classes and give their thoughts on which teams/players stick out. Finally, they wrap the show by giving their thoughts on the expanded NCAA Tournament and why it's bad for the sport.
