We're Back for Season 2

In this episode I share more about where I left off in Season 1.  I share about what has happened while I was away for a while.  I legit created and popped out a whole human. In this episode I share more about where I left off in Part 1 of my Story. I have shared that this podcast will be a Seasonal episode so this Episode 10 will actually be the last Episode of Season 1! As much as I thought sharing my story would be easy and simple, it actually had been difficult for me to share so much of my life and to actually record this all from my heart. It can truly be a lot to put it all out there. I actually had to record a few times because it was difficult for me to get through. You shouldn’t have to change anything about who you are (inside or out) or achieve any particular goal in order to “earn” or be “worthy” of self-love.
