What if you gave yourself something lovely… without needing to earn it first? In this episode of Being in My Goodness, I’m sharing a gentle practice called Self Gifting. Not retail therapy. Not reward for doing something hard. Not a treat because you’re stressed out. Self gifting is giving yourself something because you exist. Because you are already worthy of receiving. It might be something tiny — a coffee, an audiobook, a quiet afternoon outside, a moment of time that feels special. This practice helps loosen the belief that goodness has to be earned before it can be received. Sometimes the gift is small.
