Being in My Goodness
What if visibility didn’t have to mean being loud… but simply letting yourself be seen? In this episode of Being in My Goodness, I’m sharing a relational micro-practice called Group Visibility. Entrepreneurship can feel isolating. And even when you’re surrounded by clients, that’s a different kind of connection than peer-to-peer support. This practice is about gently showing up inside a group you already belong to — not to prove anything, not to perform, but to let yourself be visible in a space that already feels safe enough. A comment. A reply. A simple post. A small contribution. That’s enough. Because sometimes the shift isn’t in becoming more social. It’s in remembering you don’t have to stay invisible. --- Each week I we add to this practice A new exercise to be in your goodness To test drive them and create your practice Grab your own list here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1j53yXVYVmXnz3PHfV3IOPwe_SwLA2ePOWbqJGVc0fWM/edit?usp=sharing [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1j53yXVYVmXnz3PHfV3IOPwe_SwLA2ePOWbqJGVc0fWM/edit?usp=sharing] Updated weekly --- Enhance it with your Human Design How You’re Designed to Show Up A free Human Design experience https://www.triciaedwards.com/designed-to-show-up [https://www.triciaedwards.com/designed-to-show-up] Substack https://substack.com/@triciaedwards1 [https://substack.com/@triciaedwards1]
