And when things don't go as planned, we immediately start questioning ourselves. But here's the truth: Failing doesn't mean you've failed. Failure is a normal part of life. Every successful person you've ever looked up to has faced rejection, setbacks, and moments where nothing seemed to work. The difference is they kept going. I've experienced it too. I've spent years creating content. I've watched posts I poured hours into barely get noticed. I've lost accounts, had plans fall apart, and questioned whether all the effort was worth it. But every setback taught me something that success couldn't. This episode is a message to Gen Z, because I'm Gen Z too. But honestly, it's for anyone who's ever felt behind, discouraged, or scared to try again. If you've been carrying the weight of unrealistic expectations, this conversation is for you.
