Before becoming a state championship-winning head coach, he learned under some of the biggest names in college basketball, including Rick Pitino, Eddie Sutton, Tubby Smith, Billy Donovan, and Herb Sendek during his time at the University of Kentucky.As the head coach at Jeffersontown High School, he led the Chargers to the 2006 Kentucky High School Basketball State Championship, cementing his place among the most respected coaches in Kentucky basketball history. But beyond the wins and championships, Coach Morrow shares lessons on leadership, relationships, mentorship, handling pressure, and the responsibility that comes with shaping young people.For me, this conversation is personal. Coach Morrow wasn't just a coach—I had the privilege of playing for him in high school.
