Descripción

In this Episode, Amy and Jess talk about Aging, examining our internal and culturally inherited biases against aging.  We would love to hear your own thoughts and feelings about aging and ageism, beauty and vibrancy, health and vitality, and how to be empowered around this issue as we inevitably age (unless/until we die). We would also love to read your reviews and ratings, as we only have 2 so far :)

Pleasure and the Inner Critic

Pleasure and the Inner (Internalized) Critic In this Episode, Amy and Jess explore the concept of the Internalized Critic: a voice and energy in society that we internalize to our own detriment. Is it necessary? Are there ways to get it out of our heads? YES!    The Internalized Critic is like a parasite, sucking our life force, making us believe we don't like ourselves, and blocking our opportunity for peace, joy, happiness, and PLEASURE (P.S. those are not all the same!).    Once we learn to externalize the Inner Critic, we have much more space inside to experience Pleasure.
