You need results, not an influencer who is going to pose and post about something that they probably didn't do. Social media has given us a lot of great benefits that has come with quite a few consequences. Today we see that people have socially accepted more lies and myths over the years just from people sharing what they "know to be true" or simply by what is trending. Although it is okay inact self-help methods, which is very popular at this time, it is also very important to our society's health and well being to seek the professional help that we need.
