What are the Benefits?

This week we are talking about the benefits of healing and going into your healing journey and finding the true value and the love and respect that you would have for the person you’d find on the other end of your healing journey. One thing that I’ve learned on my healing journey that requires a lot of work dedication, and one of the things that you encounter often is frustration, but never let the frustration keep you from going forward and finding the person that you were always going to be always meant to be and fall in love with him or her and giving yourself grace and every situation and circumstance. always getting up after the battle Dusting yourself off and going forward and making sure that you find your love, your peace, your balance And being happy with who you are looking at when you look in the mirror thank you for joining me again on the Black Girl Healing podcast. Things Change, people change too.

Having goals for the year can be awesome, but things change and that’s okay. We learn and we adapt. Give yourself pros for how far you’ve come and a pat on the back for the things you have achieved.
