More responsibility and less money 💰

Money is an infinite resource - it will never run out. This conversation took place with some students at the University of Leicester when they asked how ZHWL scaled to 100,000 meals a month so quickly... the answer is easy. A movement is made up of people but more importantly it’s what those people are willing to do for the movement which defines it as a collective. ZHWL is and always will be a space where we can all practice our values and aspire to leave the world a slightly better place than when we found it. Make your NOW happy 😊

If your ‘NOW’ is not happy then your not to distant future version of that ‘NOW’ is unlikely to be happy either. The point is life is just a series of NOW moments. Dwelling on the past or living in the future can really disrupt your ‘NOW’. In this convo with he Basics if Sikhi Guys I was just so grateful for getting the opportunity to visit their office that I couldn’t help but to just thank God for the ‘NOW’ that had just presented itself. Charity is broken 💔

IMHO the way we do charity right now is broken. Not the act of charity but the way in which we may in trust others to do it on our behalf - you may or may not agree. Either way your opinions matter to me a lot. As always thanks for taking to the time to listen 🙏
