Descripción

**Noah is back after taking a baseball to the back of the head, and naturally, the guys turn a legitimate concussion into one of the funniest Breaking Headsets stories yet. From the eyewitness reports of “my head, my head,” to Noah waking up in the dirt, getting fast-tracked through the ER, and Travis laughing way too hard over FaceTime while Noah sits in a hospital gown waiting on CT scan results — the whole thing becomes an instant classic.** **Once the concussion dust settles, Travis and Noah get into El Molino’s betrayal of the century: casually mentioning a Big Boi/Outkast set at the last possible second, after Noah had already spent weeks defending Outkast as a real band. That leads to karaoke threats, Retro Junkie plans, Brandy vs. Suspicious Minds, a possible one-man show, and a full breakdown of Retrofest at Concord Pavilion.** **The guys also recap Father’s Day, debate the biggest villain in the Breaking Headsets universe, revisit Renshaw’s horrifying plate of food, shout out Stu on the Streets, and somehow end up appreciating America through the eyes of World Cup fans discovering Popeyes, giant parking lots, self-serve soda machines, free chips and salsa, air conditioning, and football stadiums.** **It’s concussions, hospital gowns, Outkast betrayal, karaoke delusion, dad-life chaos, international soccer fans, and peak American nonsense — exactly the kind of spiral only Breaking Headsets can turn into an episode.**

# 44: Naughty Tagalog

We finally get Chris Coyne back on, and immediately throw him into the fire with a “Hit the Post” segment he definitely wasn’t prepared for. This time it’s all soft rock, and somehow it turns into one of the funniest segments we’ve done. Chris takes his shot at songs from David Byrne, Toto, Goo Goo Dolls, Extreme, and Temple of the Dog, mixing in random trivia, confidence, and just enough chaos to keep it interesting. He may not have known the exact timing, but he showed up ready to play. Outside of the music, it’s business as usual — which means zero structure and a lot of randomness. Travis is dealing with a torn meniscus and multiple surgeries coming up, Noah recaps a rare night out that turned into a full send, and the guys revisit some recent moments from the show. Somehow this episode also includes: * A recap of the rap draft and how it actually turned out * The ongoing investigation into the missing cologne bottle * Wrestling stories and the ridiculous virtual fan era * A wild update involving an old friend now making kangaroo leather bullwhips * The usual mix of inside jokes, childhood stories, and nonsense It all wraps up with a live-style outro that somehow works perfectly. Just another episode that starts in one place and ends somewhere completely different.
