This has been a convo that has yet to be had within male friend/broships! There are many men who suffer in silence not because they choose to but because they don’t have a safe haven to fall back on when needed. Often times we ignore the signs that a man is truly hurting all due to the negative stigma that men are supposed to shut up, pay the bills and put everyone first before themselves and that makes them a man when in all actuality that’s harming them mentally, physically, emotionally and even spiritually.
