Welcome back everyone to episode #3!! I hope you all have been enjoying this series on finding your identity in Jesus Christ and that it is growing you all closer to Him as well. This week's episode, I give 10 ways that you can improve your mental health with God and I share my own struggles with mental health; and how God has helped me throughout those struggles. I hope and pray this helps any of you who are struggling with this and that you would lean on the LORD in whatever season you are currently in.
