John Turman is 3rd horn in the Seattle Symphony and Horn Professor at the University of Washington. He's also a badass powerlifter and fitness coach who can lift a seriously impressive amount of weight. I was excited to speak with John about his fitness journey and how it interacts with his life as a busy professional musician.
