In our “Faith According to Jesus” series, this episode walks through Luke 5:17–26 (with the parallel in Mark 2:1–12), where four friends carry a paralyzed man, break through the crowd, and lower him through the roof to Jesus. We sit with the phrase “When He saw their faith” and watch how Jesus goes to the deepest need first—calling the man “Son” and forgiving his sins—before healing his body in front of everyone.
