2022 a touché à sa fin, et je ne suis pas le genre de personne à me fixer des résolutions claires pour 2023 directement, mais plutôt à me remémorer les choses très cool que l'année passée m'a apportée, avant d'attendre le reste de la nouvelle année pour plus tard, avec un peu plus de perspective, prendre de nouvelles résolutions. Voici 22 choses cool en 2022, avec ma sœur, en français.  2022 came to an end, and I am not the kind of person to set clear resolutions for 2023 right on, but rather to look back on what the previous year brought me, before waiting for the rest of the new year to later on, and with a little bit more perspective, take some new resolutions. here are 2022 cools things in 2022, with my sister, in french.

What you can enjoy solely relies on trying everything

I hate Charles Dickens. I just had to say this. But I enjoy reading plenty of other stuff. We are all different and at some point we're never truly going to know what we enjoy if we don't try it. Relying on works of literature and personal anecdotes, my main point for today is to not limit yourself. Not only and/or exclusively when it comes to reading. À prendre ou à laisser :)

Disney Channel lied to us about academic life

It's senior year, and anxiety feeds itself from it. What makes that? The pressure of having to possibly condense what I want to undertake in one single year. College apps are on their way, and so is worry. An episode to help reflect on whatever is going on in your mind, if you're in the same case as me.

However perfect we may want to be, we'll always be insecure. I'm scared of what's coming up. I'm scared of my life not being the same, of the things coming up and how this will affect who I currently am. Why do I have to rely on some things to make me feel safe about any kind of future that I might want to have? Very straight-forward: today is not an answer, but something more relatable and some personal advice that I try to tell my inner-self when I have a burn-out regarding where I'll be in 5,10,25,50 years. how media for children conditioned our perception of the perfect body

Podcast carried out in the context of the New York Times Podcast contest - Body image is how one views the only thing that has been and that will always be there for us.  The representation of it in media for children is not the right one as the messages conveyed in them are those of a body should be skinny, and underweight in order to feel pretty. This podcast regards how these films and characters shape a perception of HOW we should be from a young age unconsciously, and how this affects us in the future.
