Descripción

Five months ago, Yolie Poulter from "Truth and Time Podcast" and I decided to go ahead and try Nicotine Patches on ourselves because we had just read Dr. Ardis book, Moving Beyond Covid-19 Lies, and became fascinated with chapter 13,  "Just in the "Nic-otine" of Time".  I had been interested in this topic for awhile and called Yolie Poulter and we decided would try these patches for ourselves.  Are they really addictive?  Well, stay turned because we go into the pros and cons of this little patch.

Real talk, real science, and practical wellness tips you can actually use — because feeling good starts from the inside out.   Recipe: Ingredients for first batch 4 cups Organic Half and Half 2T. Inulin 10 tablets of BioGaia, crushed, (make sure NOT to crush in plastic, this will contaminate your batch) Instructions for first batch Mix your 10 crushed BioGaio tablets with 2 T. inulin and 2T. of Half and Half from your 4 cups of Half and Half. Make a thin paste.  Add the rest of the Half and Half.  Pour into your sanitized jars.  Make sure you sanitize your glass jars for the first time if they are coming new. Fill the yogurt maker with water to the yogurt level in your jars.  Not lower or higher.Set your temperature to 100 degrees and set time to 36 hours. Set your alarm so you don't forget.  When done take out and put in refrigerator.  Let cool for 2 hours.  Don't worry if your first batch comes out chunky.  You can eat it but your second batch from this starter will be awesome and creamy. Second batch recipe: From now on use your 2T. of your yogurt in place of the tablets. 2T. Inulin and 2T half and half from your 4 cups. No More Tablets!  Your yogurt should last 10 days in the refridgerator.  Always keep your starter going.  Put whatever you want on it.  Try frozen wild blueberries, goji berries, pumpkins seeds, your favorite granola, chia seeds and make it sweet by adding  your favorite ingredients.  Below are the links to Amazon to start your yogurt!
