Moses was anointed by God; he then anointed Aaron and the Priests of God. )Number 8:5-13) Jesus was anointed by the Holy Spirit (By God) Luke 4:18; He then anointed the 120 disciples in the Upper Room with and by the Holy Spirit. (John 20:22) All Christians are anointed directly by the Lord for Ministry (Ephesians 4).. We are called a "Royal Priesthood" (1 Peter 2:9) So what are we to be doing??

God gave gifts to all believers:   Ephesians 3, Romans 12, & 1 Corinthians 12.. The Holy Spirit indwells, empowers, and, in fact, anoints all in one or more of those gifts.. This anointing for His purpose in our lives is also called Sanctification
